➕ 1. Driver & Rental Requirements

• Minimum age to rent is 25 years (luxury cars may require older age).
• A valid driving license (local or international) and ID/passport are required.
• Additional drivers must be registered and approved.

➕ 2. Rental Period & Returns

• Rentals are based on 24 hours.
• Late returns may incur daily charges.
• Extensions must be requested in advance and approved by the company.

➕ 3. Vehicle Usage

• Cars must be used responsibly and for legal purposes.
• No off-road driving, racing, towing, or carrying illegal goods.
• Smoking inside the vehicle is not allowed (cleaning fees may apply).

➕ 4. Fuel Policy

• Cars are delivered with a full tank and must be returned full.
• Refueling charges apply if returned with less fuel.

➕ 5. Insurance & Liability

• Basic insurance is included in all rentals.
• The renter is responsible for damages not covered by insurance (e.g., reckless driving, negligence, unauthorized drivers).
• Additional insurance options are available upon request.

➕ 6. Accidents & Breakdowns

• In case of an accident, notify the company and the police immediately.
• Do not admit liability without approval.
• In case of breakdown, assistance or a replacement vehicle will be provided where possible.

➕ 7. Traffic Fines & Violations

• Renters are responsible for all traffic fines, toll fees, and parking tickets during the rental period.

➕ 8. Security Deposit

• A refundable deposit is required before rental.
• It will be released after seven working days of return, provided no fines, damages, or outstanding payments exist.

➕ 9. Cancellation Policy

• Cancel 48 hours before rental: no charge.
• Cancel within 24 hours: 50% of rental fee.
• Cancel within 12 hours or no-shows: non-refundable.
• Refunds are issued as Service Vouchers, valid for future bookings.

➕ 10. Vehicle Condition

• Cars must be returned in the same condition as provided.
• Extra charges may apply for damages, excessive dirt, or missing items.

➕ 11. Payment Terms

• Full payment must be made before or at the start of the rental.
• Accepted payments: credit cards, bank transfers, or cash (where available).
