Booking Information and Cancellation Policy
Booking Process:
1. Booking Confirmation: Upon completing your reservation, you will receive a unique booking confirmation number.
2. Driver Information: Detailed driver information will be provided 6-12 hours before your scheduled trip, once their itinerary is confirmed.
Pick and Drop Service:
1. Point-to-Point Pricing: Your reservation includes point-to-point transportation costs. Additional stops will incur supplementary charges.
2. Liability for Personal Belongings: Wanaan Company assumes no responsibility for any personal belongings left in our vehicles.
3. No Additional Charges: Drivers will not request additional charges if within the agreed schedule.
4. Inclusive Fees for Bahrain to Saudi Arabia: All fees, including Causeway tolls, car insurance, and fuel, are included for trips from Bahrain to Saudi Arabia.
5. Airport Meet and Greet: To request a meet and greet service at the airport, please specify during booking. This service incurs additional charges.
Chauffeur Service:
1. Service Packages: Chauffeur service packages are available for durations of 4, 6, 8, 12, 16, and 24 hours.
2. Vehicle Options: Select from a range of vehicles, including sedans, SUVs, luxury SUVs, and luxury cars.
3. Service Commencement: The service period begins at the time of your reservation.
4. Driver Compliance: Drivers will adhere to your instructions during the booked period. Contact customer service to extend the service if necessary.
Car Rental:
1. Rental Commencement: The rental period begins upon receiving the hired vehicle.
2. Delivery Charges: A delivery fee of 10 BHD applies for both the drop-off and pick-up of the vehicle at your specified location.
3. Return Condition: Vehicles must be returned in the same condition as received.
4. Insurance and Accident Policy: The vehicle is fully insured. In the event of an accident where you are at fault, a fee of 150 BHD applies. If not at fault, a 6 BHD Ministry of Traffic fee is required for the report. For major accidents resulting in the cancellation of the vehicle, a 500 BHD insurance fee and an additional 500 BHD for Wanaan Company’s loss will be charged.
Deposit Return:
1. Refund Timing: The deposit will be refunded within 10 working days of returning the vehicle. For any inquiries, please contact us.
2. Reason for Timing: This period allows us to address any potential issues such as traffic fines, accidents, complaints, refueling, or damages, ensuring thorough verification.
Cancellation Policy:
1. 48-Hour Notice: To cancel your booking without incurring a fee, notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled time.
2. 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the total booking cost.
3. 12-Hour Notice: Cancellations made within 12 hours are non-refundable.
4. Service Vouchers: Refunds are not provided. Instead, a Service Voucher will be issued for the amount paid, redeemable for the same trip at a later date.
